Prep Cook

The Prep Cook is key to ensuring we are serving the best quality food to our guests. Duties include completion of daily prep list – preparing a variety of food items, measuring and mixing ingredients, assembling dishes and working with the kitchen team to distribute food to our service staff. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience working in a kitchen.
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis
  • Ability to perform in a fast paced environment.
  • Has food and health safety knowledge.
